2児の父。
自然が好きで、趣味はスノーボードやハイキング。
博士号を取得し、日本で8年以上勤務しています。
ロシア語と英語に精通しているほかに、
日本語やフランス語も話すことができ、様々な言語を駆使して開発業務をおこなっています。
アイデアを具体的な計画に変えることが得意で、今後もより知識を深め、たくさんのことに挑戦していきたいと考えています。

In addition to being fluent in Russian and English,

－入社年月と業務内容を教えてください。

2023年10月1日入社しました。
現在の仕事は、分析業務プロセスの自動化を目指すプロジェクトの管理と継続的な改善です。
会社の職場環境は、学習意欲を高め、どんな技術にも挑戦できるように形成されているので、「研究開発業務」と呼んでもいいかもしれません。

-When did you join Rezil? Please describe your current job.
I joined Rezil on October 1st, 2023.
Currently, I work as a leader engineer to manage and continuously improve a project that automates analytical business processes. My work is rather like an R&D, as our company’s work environment is designed to encourage learning and trying new technologies.
ー入社前、レジルをどんな会社だとイメージしていましたか？
Japanese:
本業がITではないプロダクトカンパニーを探していました。
レジル（当時は中央電力）は歴史が長いので保守的な会社だと思っていたのですが、将来的なビジョンがしっかりしていて、DX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）が開発のベクトルに入っていることがすぐにわかりました（私もそこに貢献することを目指しています）。
English:
-What was your image of Rezil before joining?
I was looking for a product company whose primary business is not IT. When I first encountered Rezil (Chuodenryoku at that time), I assumed it would be a rather conservative organisation due to its established history. However, I soon discovered that it is a company with a strong vision for the future. I also learned that one of our key development areas is digital transformation (DX), which is exactly where I see myself contributing my skills and experience.
ー入社後、イメージの変化はありましたか？

会社の事業戦略は非常に多様で、急速に進化している点。
＜驚いたギャップ＞
Japanese:
レジルは従業員への自己学習・自己成長支援をよくしてくれています。
MANGA（以前はFAANG）以外でこのようなサポートが受けられるとは思っていませんでした。
English:
-Has your perception of the company changed since you joined?
<Positive surprise?>
The company's business strategies are very diverse and fast-evolving.
<Any other surprise?>
Rezil invests heavily in the learning and growth of each employee. I never expected such support outside of MANGA.
ー今後、レジルでやりたいことを教えてください！
Japanese:
Rezilは長年にわたり、強力なドメイン知識を習得し、膨大な量のデータを蓄積してきました。MLとAIを活用したソリューションにより、自動化を新たなレベルに引き上げることを目指しています。
English:
-What would you like to achieve at Rezil?
Over the years, Rezil has acquired strong domain knowledge and accumulated a vast amount of data. My aspiration is to take automation to the next level by leveraging ML and AI-powered solutions.
